Help, someone is serving up images or data that belongs to me, how do I remove it?
Please send us a message via the contact form with the url of the canvas and a brief explanation and we'll have it removed as quickly as we possibly can.
How do I delete a file or my entire canvas?
Using the browser you used to upload your images, simply click the "Edit" icon in the toolbar, and select the files manually you wish to delete, or use the delete all button at the bottom of your canvas.
Always bookmark or copy down your Canvas 'modify' link if you plan on coming back to your canvas at a later date to delete your data.
It says my files will expire. Why is that and how do I prevent it from happening?
For anonymous and free accounts there is a set expiry time after uploading to give you enough time to share the content you wish to share and try out the service. If your canvas gets activity, for example views or downloads - it will reset the expiry timer. This system is in place to purge inactive canvases, and maintain those that are active.
